		<description>Isn&#039;t there more current data than what was reported six years ago in 2003?  I know that some data is better than none, but leave it to the government to be that slow in getting data out.  That being said, it&#039;s a sad state of affairs when nearly half of those receiving emergency services are due to drugs or alcohol.</description>
